Mr.

Teriyaki is expanding with a new location at The Colonnade III, previously home to a closed UFC gym in San Antonio.

Construction is set to begin on November 10, 2025, with an estimated cost of $298,631 and a completion date of April 26, 2026.

The local chain, known for teriyaki dishes and bento boxes, already has two operating locations in the city.
