Spring Has Sprung: Your Guide to San Antonio This Week |
From Fiesta prep to farmers markets, here is what is happening in the Alamo City |
Spring is officially here, and San Antonio is buzzing with energy. The temperatures are climbing into the 70s, bluebonnets are starting to bloom along highways, and locals are gearing up for the busy season ahead.
This week brings plenty of opportunities to get outside and enjoy the beautiful weather. The Pearl Farmers Market is in full swing every Saturday and Sunday, featuring fresh produce from local Hill Country farms, artisan breads, and handmade crafts. It is the perfect spot to grab brunch ingredients or just enjoy the live music.
Speaking of getting outside, the San Antonio Botanical Garden is showcasing its spring flower displays, and the Japanese Tea Garden is absolutely stunning right now with azaleas in bloom. Both make for perfect weekend photo ops.
Fiesta season is just around the corner, and preparations are already underway. Keep an eye out for medal trading events and early NIOSA announcements. The 10-day celebration kicks off in April, but the excitement starts now.
Whether you are a longtime resident or new to the area, there is always something to discover in San Antonio. What are your favorite spring activities in the city? |
